Backgrounds with Morning Brew Sentiments

Sentiment sets can be used for so much more than sentiments. I used the new Morning Brew stamp set to give a different look to an older stamp set Cozy Cuppa

 
 

Get the look:

  • On a 3.75” x 5” peice of white cardstock stamp and mask the mug from Cozy Cuppa.

  • Choose from the many sentiment options in the Morning Brew stamp set. Lay them over the card stock and masked mug at an angle and stamp with Swimming Hole Ink. Repeat laying and stamping the sentiments accross the card stock until the entire background is covered. (TIP: Light ink colour shows nicely but doesn’t overpower the main image.)

  • Remove mask and add shading to the mug.

  • Pick and stamp a sentiment on the mug from Morning Brew stamp set. For a punch of colour stamp a red heart from the same set.

  • Don’t forget to stamp the steam and lastly add the image to a blue A2 cardbase.
