Read MoreAs soon as I saw this stamp set I knew I wanted to make a slim line card. I know slim line cards are trendy right now, but I have always enjoyed that they are a different footprint to play with. Some stamp sets just lean into the long form factor of a slim line card. With so many cute birds and branches in this set a tall card allowed me to layer in several sets of branches. It’s kinda like a birdie apartment building with each branch its own apartment or telling its little story.
Read MoreAlways a fun time to be guest designing for Your Next Stamp. Especially with a new release arriving this Thursday. I had a complete blast playing with this Coffee Character stamp set. I mean who doesn’t need a good set of fun characters enjoying their morning pick me up. And the sentiments are a perfect match. For these cards I wanted each character to be the star of their own card, so I went with slightly smaller 4”x4” panels. I also wanted to give them fun bright backgrounds to compliment the playfulness of the stamps.
